Chicken fajitas
Ingredients:
Directions to prep
1 On a cutting Board slice both peppers put to side on bowl
2 . Slice onions in thick slices put to side in same bowl
3 slice chicken in thin long sides on a cutting board
4 chop about a cup of cilantro
5 heat up skillet
6 cut up the limes and set to the side
7 thinly slice avocados
In the skillet
Sear and stir chicken add salt and pepper with olive oil .
Once tender and browned add bell peppers .
Than add sauce make sure your peppers are tender and chicken isn’t chewy
Put in a bowl to the side .
Whip down the pan to clean out
Tortillas
1 . Put the plant based spread on each side of gorilla
2 . Heat up skillet and put three in there at a time
3. Flip over only one time till it’s kinda hard
4. Remove and plate
Plate :
1 On a plate add your chicken and peppers .
2 . Throw some cilantro on
3. Sprinkle your favorite hot sauce
4. Sprinkle some goat cheese
5. Top it off with a Avocado
