Never underestimate simplicity; Oven Baked Spaghetti Squash

A simple easy recipe that can be made w or w/o meat. It’s so versatile. Adaptable and seasonally good!

  1. Cut it in half.

  2. Coat flesh sides with oil & seasoning of choice

  3. Pop both halves upside down on a sheet pan in the oven at 350°

  4. Cook for 30 mins.

  5. Scrape the inside out with a fork into a bowl.

  6. Top it how you like!

  7. It’s a great lowcarb alternative to pasta
