Looking for a delicious and macro-friendly breakfast? These High Protein Pancakes with pea protein and tapioca powder are the perfect solution! Light, fluffy, and packed with protein, they'll keep you full and energized all morning
 

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Pea Protein

  • ⅓ cup almond milk

  • 1 Tbsp tapioca powder

  • ½ tsp of baking soda

  • 1-2 Tbsp water, to thin out batter as needed

 

Directions

  1. Heat the pan: Heat a pan over medium heat and drizzle in a little bit of oil.

  2. Make the batter: In a mixing bowl, whisk pancake ingredients until just combined. Add water if needed to thin out the batter.

  3. Cook the pancakes: Add a dollop of batter into the pan and let it cook a minute or so before flipping. Repeat until you have your stack of fluffy pancakes! Top with your choice of syrup, peanut butter, or fruit
