Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms

 

Ingredients

  • 1 package mushrooms

  • 1 package peppers and onions

  • 1 tbs parsley to garnish

  • 1 tbs old bay seasoning

  • 1 pound peeled shrimp

  • I tbs grated manchego cheese

 

Directions

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms and rinse. Sauté peppers and onions with mushroom stems in oil until desired tenderness and season with old bay. Once soft, add in shrimp for 3 minutes until turned pink.

  2. Remove from pan and chop all into pieces. Spoon in mushroom caps and top with grated manchego.

  3. Air fry until cheese is brown, about 5 minutes. Remove and use the fresh parsley to garnish
