Anti-Martini Glass, Dirty Martini

 

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ ounces gin

  • ½ ounce dry vermouth

  • ½ ounce olive brine (from your lemon-stuffed olives)

  • Ice

  • Lemon-stuffed olives (for garnish)

 

Directions

  1. Place your martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill while you prepare the drink.

  2. In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes. Pour in the gin, dry vermouth, and olive brine.

  3. Shake or stir gently for about 15-30 seconds, depending on your preference for chill and texture. Stirring will result in a smoother drink, while shaking will create a frothier finish.

  4. Remove the martini glass from the freezer or discard the ice water. Strain the mixture into the glass using a cocktail strainer if desired.

  5. Thread one or two lemon-stuffed olives onto a cocktail pick and place it in the glass.
