Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

  • Chopped asparagus

  • Sliced bell peppers

  • Sliced red onion

  • Minced garlic

  • Garlic infused oil

  • Blackened seasoning

Directions

  1. Season shrimp with blackening seasoning and minced garlic to your desired liking. Allow to marinate for an hour if you can.

  2. On a hot griddle or skillet, sear shrimp for about 3 minutes a side. Slowly cook veggies as well with salt and pepper. Mix together after shrimp is seared.

    I cook veggies aldente, but cook to your desired texture. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp.

  3. Serve over plain rice or noodles.
