Shrimp Stir Fry
Ingredients
Shrimp
Chopped asparagus
Sliced bell peppers
Sliced red onion
Minced garlic
Garlic infused oil
Blackened seasoning
Directions
Season shrimp with blackening seasoning and minced garlic to your desired liking. Allow to marinate for an hour if you can.
On a hot griddle or skillet, sear shrimp for about 3 minutes a side. Slowly cook veggies as well with salt and pepper. Mix together after shrimp is seared.
I cook veggies aldente, but cook to your desired texture. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp.
Serve over plain rice or noodles.
