Protein Pancakes

 

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Blogilates Protein Powder in Sweet Cream (Chocolate Shake works too)

  • 1 TBS tapioca powder (this is the secret ingredient that makes it soft and fluffy!)

  • ⅓ c liquid egg whites

  • 2 TBS water

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Optional: 1 tbs nut butter, blueberries, and syrup

 

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients and then add wet ingredients to a bowl.

  2. Cook 2-3 min on medium low greased skillet. Flip and cook for 2 more minutes.

  3. Stack and top with nut butter, blueberries, syrup.
