Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
2 scoops Blogilates Protein Powder in Sweet Cream (Chocolate Shake works too)
1 TBS tapioca powder (this is the secret ingredient that makes it soft and fluffy!)
⅓ c liquid egg whites
2 TBS water
1 tsp baking powder
Optional: 1 tbs nut butter, blueberries, and syrup
Directions
Mix dry ingredients and then add wet ingredients to a bowl.
Cook 2-3 min on medium low greased skillet. Flip and cook for 2 more minutes.
Stack and top with nut butter, blueberries, syrup.
