Matcha Chiffon Cake
Ingredients
100g Silky tofu
20g Sugar
20g Lakant (monk fruits sugar)
2 Eggs
20g Okara powder or almond powder
3g Matcha green tea powder
Directions
Combine all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and move to a microwavable dish
Microwave for 5 minutes
Carefully remove from microwave, slice, and serve
