Lemon Pepper Garlic Chicken Tenders

These Lemon Pepper Garlic Chicken Tenders are full of flavor with less carbs! Crushed pork rinds, lemon pepper garlic seasoning, and egg make the breading for these tenders that are baked.

 

Ingredients

  • Two 1 pound chicken breasts, sliced 1 inch thick

  • 1- 5 oz bag of pork rinds, crushed

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 3 Tbsp Suckle Busters lemon pepper garlic seasoning 1 Tbsp each of lemon pepper and garlic powder if you don’t have this

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°

  2. Mix seasoning and crushed pork rinds

  3. Dip each chicken tender strip into the beaten egg and coat in the mixture of pork, rinds and seasonings

  4. Place on a parchment line, baking sheet or baking stone. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

  5. Make your favorite dips and enjoy
