Preheat your oven to 350f
Ingredients for the cake
1 box of mix (I used King Arthur yellow cake mix )
3 eggs
1 can of pineapple juice instead of water
1 stick of butter melted I used plant based
Hints:
Follow the cake mix box!
Use a mixer !
Mix up your batter
In a cast iron skillet on the stove, melt 1 to 2 sticks of butter, add brown sugar a lot !!! Cook until butter and sugar are melted, brown and bubbly
Make like a Carmel layer
Than use 1 can of pineapple rings
Place that on top of the melted sugar and butter layer
Pour the cake mix on top of the pineapples in the hot sugar skillet
Bake 25 to 30 mins
Check on it using a fork or knife check to see if it’s done in inside
Once done, get a round dish, place on top of the pan, flip it over
