Ingredients
1 Pack of Chicken Wings, Cut & Prepared
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP White Pepper
2 TSPS Baking Powder
2 TBSPS Cornstarch
⅛-¼ C. Hot Sauce
½-1 Stick of Unsalted Butter
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 400F top heat (Broil).
Prepare your chicken wings by cutting them in half and cutting off the wing tips.
Place them in a bowl and add salt, white pepper, baking powder, and cornstarch.
Mix well until all chicken pieces are coated.
For even crispier chicken, pat dry before seasoning. Place on an oven-safe wire rack and cook on each side for 10-15 minutes or until the desired golden brown color has been achieved.
For the sauce on medium add your hot sauce to the nonstick skillet.
Then add your butter and stir until melted. Butter should be really cold and just out of the fridge. Once the sauce comes together add your cooked wings and toss them in the sauce.
Eat with celery and carrots and of course my ranch dressing recipe!
Enjoy!
