Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 21/2 cups Krusteaz Gluten Free All Purpose Flour 

    3/4 cup packed brown sugar 

    3/4 cup sugar 

    2 Eggs 

    1 cup (2 sticks ) soften butter 

    1 tsp Vanilla 

    1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips 

    1 tsp of baking soda 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350f

    In a large bowl mix Egg, butter , vanilla 

  2. In a separate bowl mix flour and baking soda 

  3. In same bowl as eggs mix sugar and add brown sugar 

  4. Add the flour mixture  stirring in 

  5. Add the chocolate chips 

  6. Scoop dough in by rounded 2 table spoons and place two inches 

  7. Place on  parchment paper on cookie sheet 

  8. Bake 15 mins or till golden brown 

  9. Cool five mins 

    Store in a  airtight container makes 3 dozen

Ed. Note: Regular Chocolate chips work well, however so does the Lakanto sugar free or the Lily brand I often buy
