Tricia (SketchyChef) is not shy about pulling out her deep pan and heating up some oil for a fry up. On a recent LIVE, she shared three great, yet simple ways to have your own fry fest.

“Frying Up” Basics

Fried Cod & Catfish 

  • Method : season Cornmeal with seasonings of choice , rinse Fish and coat with Seasoned cornmeal .

  • Place into hot oil and Cook until done. 

Fried Chicken Tenders & Potato Wedges 

  • Method: Season Flour with seasonings of choice

  • Rinse chicken in water and dredge in seasoned flour. Fry in hot oil until cooked. 

Fried Quail

  • Marinate in Buttermilk for at least 2 hours. 

  • Dredge Quail Season Flour with seasonings of choice.

  • Fry on each side in Hot oil until cooked thru.
