Firecracker Coleslaw

During the week of May 23rd - May 28th, each of our creators will be taking turns hosting LIVES on our FoodTokTV account sharing some favorite and creative picnic ideas to inspire you to prepare for the spring. Preparation

• 1 bag of shredded coleslaw mix

• 1 carrot grated

• 1/2 red onion chopped

• 1/2 bell pepper chopped

• 3 jalapeños sliced

• 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

• 1/3 cup white sugar

• 1 tsp salt and pepper

• 1/4 tsp cayenne 

• 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

• 1 tbsp Honey Jalapeño Seasoning from Shore Smoke Seasonings

Preparation

1. Mix liquids and seasonings together to create dressing and toss all veggies in. Marinate in fridge for 24 hours before serving. 

2. Optional- add crushed pineapple or mango. Sriracha also gives it a very nice kick!
