Breaded Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined (patted dry)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
2 large eggs, beaten
1 ½ cups seasoned breadcrumbs
Oil, for frying (vegetable or canola)
Directions
Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
In a second dish, beat the eggs.
In a third dish, place the seasoned breadcrumbs.
Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil to 350°F in a deep pan or fryer.
Fry shrimp in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
