Whipped Topping

 

Ingredients

  • 1½ cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

 

Directions

  1. Freeze metal bowl for about 10-15 minutes before making for best results.

  2. Combine all ingredients and start your mixer on slow and gradually increase as it thickens. You don't want to over mix this, so stop when peaks begin to form and the thickness is that of cool whip.

Use as a topper for your favorite desserts.
