Vortex Wings on the Weber Kettle

 

Ingredients

  • 10 pieces of party Wings

  • 1 grab and go pouch reggae Spice jerk marinade

  • ½ stick butter

  • 3 sticks butter

  • 2 tbsp fresh grated parmesan cheese

 

Directions

  1. Marinate Wings in jerk marinade overnight.

  2. Use Vortex in your Weber kettle to cook. Should run between 500-550. Cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter and crushed garlic together. Toss wings in this mixture and top with parm.

  4. Serve with celery and carrots and a side of garlic parm dressing.
