Cake
Mix well and add
Mix again and add
Bake at 350° until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Cool completely and poke holes in the cake.
Mix together
Mix well and pour over completely cooled cake. I try to make it spread as evenly as possible. Refrigerate for at least five hours.
Then mix the whipped topping.
Topping
1 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream
Beat on high for one minute. Then add
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix it like you mean it! Don’t over beat it, or it will break apart.
Spread the topping over the cake and decorate as you wish with fruit and/or nuts.
