Taco Stuffed Shells With Queso
Ingredients
12 ounce bag of jumbo pasta shells
1 1/2 pounds of hamburger
Taco seasoning
Cilantro
1/2-1 cup Queso cheese, homemade or store-bought
1 package Mexican blend cheese
Taco sauce
Green onions, diced for garnish

Cook 1 1/2 pounds of hamburger meat.
Drain and add a package of taco seasoning. Cook as directed on the package.
When the water cooks out, add chopped cilantro to your desired taste. Let it cool.
Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of meat to each shell and arrange a 9 x 13 dish.
Pour at least 1/2 cup of queso, homemade or store-bought, over the top of the shells.
Sprinkle the top with a Mexican blend cheese
bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Garnish with taco sauce and green onions.
