Taylor’s Sweet Potato Fries

 

Ingredients

  • 2 large or 3 medium sweet potatoes (~2 lbs)

  • 1-3 Tbsp cajun seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp oil (to coat sweet potatoes, more or less)

  • 1/2 Tbsp salt (if not in seasoning blend)

  • 1 Tbsp corn starch

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 Peel sweet potatoes and cut into thin 1/4 inch strips (thinner cuts = crispier!).

  2. Toss with the remaining ingredients. Place in two glass 9×13's, not crowded, and bake 15 minutes.

  3. Remove, flip the fries, and bake another 7-10 minutes.

  4. Allow to rest 3 minutes before enjoying.
