Ingredients

  • ½ cup dry buttermilk

  • 3 Tbsp dried parsley

  • 1 Tbsp granulated garlic

  • 1 Tbsp granulated onion

  • 2 tsp dried dill weed

  • 1 tsp onion flakes

  • 1 tsp dried chives

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp sugar

  • ½ tsp mustard powder

  • ½ tsp dried tarragon

  • ¼ tsp paprika

  • ¼ tsp MSG

  • ¼ tsp cayenne

 

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients well. For a finer powder, use a food processor.

  2. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. This will keep for a year.

  3. To make ranch dressing, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup buttermilk, and 3 Tbsp of the seasoning mix, and this will keep in the refrigerator for two weeks.
