Sweet Smoky Spoonfuls
These Sweet Smoky Baked Beans are slow-baked to perfection with rich molasses, brown sugar, and crispy bacon for that classic BBQ flavor. A comforting side dish that’s easy to make and full of sweet, tangy, and smoky goodness—perfect for potlucks, picnics, or backyard cookouts!
Ingredients
2 (16-ounce) cans of baked beans with pork
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup chopped onions
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
2 slices of bacon, chopped
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine baked beans, molasses, onions, brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard.
Grease a casserole dish with cooking spray and transfer the bean mixture into it. Top with chopped bacon.
Cover the dish and bake for 1 hour or until the beans thicken.
