Stove Top Candied Sweet Potatoes
Sometimes the dishes people remember don’t require a lot of time or ingredients. On this weeks LIVE Caz (@Cooking_with_Caz) shares a few of his favorite dishes for those who need some quick and simple side dishes. First up was his Easy Cornbread which he used for his cornbread dressing. Then we went on to do this “stove top” Candied Sweet Potatoes shared below.

Stove Top Candied Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
1 large Sweet Potato, pealed
1 stick butter
½ c brown sugar
½ c orange juice
Preparation:
Cut your sweet potatoes into ½inch slices.
Add all ingredients to covered pan until potatoes are fork tender.
