This simple and delicious recipe delivers a combination of tender steak bites, and al dente veggies, with rice noodles tossed together in a simple savory homemade sauce that you can make for yourself.

  • Evenly sliced ribeye steak

  • 1-2 Tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 Tbsp baking soda

  • ¼ cup water

  • 1 bunch broccolini

  • 1 bunch seafood mushrooms

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 green onions, sliced

  • Dried rice or lo mein noodles

    Stir Fry Sauce:

Directions

  1. Place steak in a bowl, add 1-2 tbsp cornstarch and ¼ cup of water. Massage meat until no water or cornstarch is visible. Season Beef, ¼ cup of stir-fry sauce, and set aside. Use your hands to mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated. Allow to marinate for 20 mins. The broccoli will not be seasoned ahead of time so use the extra sauce to adjust the flavor. 4. Prepare noodles per package instructions. Drain and toss in a little bit of olive oil to prevent sticking.

  5. When the grill is hot, add the steak to the grill, careful not to overcrowd. Add the onions and peppers. Cook the steak until seared, and the onions and peppers until soft, then add the garlic to cook another minute. Remove and set aside.**

  6. Add the broccolini and mushrooms to the grill and cook until al dente. Add the steak, peppers, and onions, along with the noodles and the stir fry sauce. Stir frequently and let everything combine.
