Spice Cake Banana Bread

Ingredients

• 1 box spice cake mix, about 15.25 ounces

• 3 large eggs

• 3 large ripe bananas, mashed with a fork or beaten with your mixer

• ½ cup butter, melted

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• ⅓ cup water

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Add the cake mix, butter, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas to a large bowl. Mix well, then add in the eggs and water.

3. Add the batter to a well greased bundt cake pan or two loaf pans.

   Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the middle

   *Note about the bananas: The darker your bananas, the sweeter your banana bread will turn out. Frozen bananas also work great in this recipe.
