Snickerdoodle cookie mix becomes a delicious apple cobbler with apple pie filling

Ingredients

• 1 pkg of Krusteaz snickerdoodle cookie mix

• 1 stick softened butter

• 1 egg

• One 12 oz can apple pie filling

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°. Spray and 8 x 8” pan with cooking spray.

2. Combine the cookie mix, butter and egg. Place half of the prepared cookie dough in small spoonfuls across the bottom of the 8 x 8 pan

3. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar packet over the dough. Layer the apple pie filling on top, then spoon the remaining dough over the top of the apple pie filling Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar packet over the top.

4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm.
