Smoked Baby Back Ribs

 

Ingredients

  • 1 rack of ribs

  • Your favorite BBQ rub

 

Directions

  1. Season your rib generously on the meat side and lightly on the bone side. You can season ahead of time or right before you cook.

  2. Place on a smoker preheated to 250-275°. Smoke for 3 hrs. If you want to, you can sauce around the 2½ hr mark.

  3. After 3 hrs, wrap the Ribs in some aluminum foil and rest in your oven on keep warm for 30 minutes. After this, your ribs are ready to carve and serve. If you want your ribs fall off the bone, let them run another hour in the smoker.
