Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 5 Roma tomatoes (diced)

  • Avocado (cubed)

  • 1/2 cup Onions or shallots (diced)

  • 1/4 cup Cilantro

  • Juice of one whole lime

  • 2 cloves of garlic

 

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix together thoroughly.

  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste

  3. Refrigerated until ready to serve
