Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
5 Roma tomatoes (diced)
Avocado (cubed)
1/2 cup Onions or shallots (diced)
1/4 cup Cilantro
Juice of one whole lime
2 cloves of garlic
Directions
Place all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix together thoroughly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Refrigerated until ready to serve
