Michelada

This is a basic Michelada recipe written by Christine's sister, Shanon Martinez

 

Ingredients

  • 4 oz of beer

  • 4 oz Clamato juice

  • 1 tbsp Lime juice (1/2 lime)

  • Dash of hot sauce

  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce

  • Dash of soy sauce (maggiwürze)

  • Chamoy (to rim the glass)

  • Tajin (to rim the glass)

 

Directions

  1. Put tajin on a plate. Rim glass with chamoy and then dip rim in tajin.

  2. Fill glass with ice

  3. Pour in the Clamato juice, hot sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Top with beer.

  4. Mix and enjoy!
