📖 Ingredients:
⭐️ Olive Oil
⭐️ Beef Broth or Better Than Bouillon Beef
⭐️ Black Pepper
📖 Recipe:
1. Preheat your oven to 400F, bottom heat.
2. Peel and wash your carrots. Cut the ends off.
3. Place on a large sheet of aluminum foil and add olive oil, beef broth and black pepper to your taste and liking.
4. Take a pastry brush and coat the carrots well with the mix on all sides.
5. Wrap the carrots up. I did two sheets to double layer mine, but, it’s up to you.
6. Place them in the oven for 1 hour and a half.
7. Once cooked through oven up the aluminum foil and make a basket for the carrots to sit in.
8. Broil on each side, charring and caramelizing the sugars in the carrots for a deeper flavor.
9. Once done, cut in half and serve. One whole carrot per person. Enjoy!
