“Win a Contest” Deviled Eggs with Crab

“Win a Contest” Deviled Eggs with Crab

Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled large eggs

  • aprox 6 oz ( or as desired ) crabmeat, drained, flaked

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery( optional )

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  • minced fresh parsley or chives for garnish•optional

Directions

  1. Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks, reserving whites. 

  2. In a bowl, mash yolks. 

  3. Stir in next ingredients.

  4. Spoon or pipe into egg whites.

  5. Refrigerate, covered, until serving. If desired, sprinkle with parsley or chives.
