Ingredients
2 Large Eggs
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 Sticks of Butter, Melted
2 1/4 C. All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 C. White Granular Sugar
3/4 C. Brown Sugar
2 Bags of Dark Chocolate Chips
1 pack of vanilla pudding mix.
1/2 C. Chopped Pecans (Optional)
Directions
1. Mix the sugars and the butter together until fluffy.
2. Add the flour and mix well again.
3. Add the eggs, extract, salt, vanilla pudding mix. & baking soda. Mix again well until thick.
4. Work in the chocolate chips.
5. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
6. Scoop out with a sprayed ice scream scoop unto a greased or baking sheet layered cooking sheet.
7. Place in a preheated oven of 350F for 10-15 minutes each.
8. Let cool on a rack and serve and enjoy!
