Roasted Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Candied Apricot Preserve: A Mouthwatering Recipe for Foodies Everywhere

Ingredients:

  • 1, 5 Lb pork tenderloin 

  • 1, pack of bacon

  • 2-3 tbsps Montreal seasoning mix

  • 1/2-1 cup apricot preserves

Preparation:

  1. Preheat your oven to 300f. 

  2. On plastic wrap add your bacon side by side and layering on top of each other a little bit. 

  3. Season your pork tenderloin well with the Montreal seasoning mix. 

  4. Using the plastic wrap, wrap the pork tenderloin with the bacon tightly. 

  5. Place in your raised roasting pan with bacon ends laying down and folded under. 

  6. Bake for 1 hour. 

  7. Once cooked to temperature, slather with apricot preserves and place bake into the oven under broil for 10-15 minutes. 

  8. Once preserves and bacon have caramelized and candied, remove from oven. 

  9. Let rest 10-15 minutes and then slice evenly into 8-10 thin slices. 

Serve and enjoy!
