Ingredients:
- 1 Small Bag of Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 Small Bag of Milk Chocolate Chips
- Assorted Toppings like: Chocolate Chips, Flake Salt, & Sprinkles
- 2 C. Rolled Steel Cut Oats
- 3 C. Peanut Butter or Sun Butter, Melted
- 1 C. Chopped Walnuts
Recipe:
1. In a Large bowl add chocolate chips, steel cut oats, and walnuts mixing together well.
2. In a saucepan melt down your peanut butter or sun butter on a medium heat.
3. Once melted pour into the mix. Taking a silicone spatula combine all ingredients together well making sure no dry oats are left.
4. Cover a shallow cooking sheet with wax paper and place cookie mix on wax paper spreading it out equally.
5. Top with assorted toppings and place in fridge to harden for one hour.
6. After cookies have hardened you may cut them into individual squares using a pastry cutter. Serve and enjoy with a large glass of milk!
