Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups yogurt

  • Splash milk

  • 1 tbsp oil (I used mustard oil, but I like to break the law)

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • ½ tomato diced

  • 1 cucumber, seeded and diced

  • ½ onion diced

  • 1 tsp salt

 

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet on medium heat, and fry the cumin and mustard seeds until fragrant. Add the garlic for 60 seconds, and take it off the heat.

  2. Pour the yogurt in a mixing bowl, thinning it out with the splash of milk.

  3. Add the skillet mix to the yogurt along with the onion, tomato, and cucumber.
