Gharam Masala
Ingredients
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
¼ tsp fennel seeds
2 allspice berries
2 green cardamom
¼ cinnamon stick
1 clove
½ tsp white pepper
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp pink peppercorn
1 Byadagi chile
Directions
Toast in a skillet on medium heat until fragrant, about 6 minutes. Bring to a spice grinder
