Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1 tsp coriander seeds

  • ¼ tsp fennel seeds

  • 2 allspice berries

  • 2 green cardamom

  • ¼ cinnamon stick

  • 1 clove

  • ½ tsp white pepper

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp pink peppercorn

  • 1 Byadagi chile

 

Directions

  1. Toast in a skillet on medium heat until fragrant, about 6 minutes. Bring to a spice grinder
