This is a quick, flavorful mole sauce that can be served with meat or on top of enchiladas
 

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made Dona Maria mole (can be found at any major store)

  • 1 corn tortilla

  • A pinch of Mexican oregano

  • 1 chili de arbol

  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 tablespoon of oil

 

Directions

  1. In a dry skillet, add oil and warm.

  2. Put Dona Maria in blender. Add 1 corn tortilla, a pinch of Mexican oregano, 1 chili de arbol, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, and 1 clove of garlic into blender

    Blend until well combined

  3. Pour into oil and skillet and simmer until serving
