Mole sauce
This is a quick, flavorful mole sauce that can be served with meat or on top of enchiladas
Ingredients
1 pre-made Dona Maria mole (can be found at any major store)
1 corn tortilla
A pinch of Mexican oregano
1 chili de arbol
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of oil
Directions
In a dry skillet, add oil and warm.
Put Dona Maria in blender. Add 1 corn tortilla, a pinch of Mexican oregano, 1 chili de arbol, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, and 1 clove of garlic into blender
Blend until well combined
Pour into oil and skillet and simmer until serving
