Mexican Layered Dip

 

Ingredients

  • 1 can Refried Beans (or copycat/authentic Frito Lay dip)

  • 1 cup Sour Cream

  • Package of Taco Seasoning to taste

  • 1 ripe Avocado, mashed

  • 1 cup Salsa

  • 1 cup shredded cheese of choice

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 cup Roma Tomatoes, diced

  • 1 medium Purple Onion, diced

  • ¼ cup Jalapeños diced

  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped

  • ¼ cup Black Olives

    Ingredient amounts may vary depending on the size of your serving container

 

Directions

  1. Spread Refried beans onto serving platter in a flat smooth layer

  2. Mix Taco Seasoning with sour cream and spread in an even layer over beans

  3. Spread the mashed Guacamole from the Avocados in an even layer over the sour cream

  4. Pour the salsa in an even layer over the Guacamole

  5. Spread the Shredded Cheese in an even layer over the salsa

  6. Spread the shredded lettuce evenly over the shredded cheese

  7. Sprinkle the diced tomatoes, diced purple onion, diced jalapeño, diced cilantro, black olives and additional small amount of grated cheese onto the top of shredded lettuce

  8. Serve with chips and enjoy!!
