Maggie Cakes
Ingredients
4 Eggs (or equivalent)
4oz Goat Cheese (or cream)
Blueberries (Optional)
Sweetener (Optional)
Vanilla (Optional)
Cinnamon (Optional)
Nutmeg (Optional)
Directions
Add eggs and goat cheese to a blender, food processor, or personal juicer. Blend until smooth and not lumpy (about 30 seconds)
Plug in and preheat dash griddle until light turns off (about 60 seconds) Pour into greased DASH GRIDDLE
Add 5 blueberries (if using) into the griddle on top of pancake batter. Close and cook until brown and light turns on (about 60 seconds) and remove.
Repeat and serve stacked with Sugar Free syrup, and Dairy Free butter
