Low-carb Bread for French Toast or Strawberry Shortcake
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350°
Butter a loaf pan or use parchment (this way you can just lift it out)
8 eggs
4 tbsp butter (room temp)
1/3 cup coconut flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar substitute
A few dashes of cinnamon powder (to taste)
Make It
Blend all of this together with a blender. The smoother it is the better your bread will turn out.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center bounces back
For the French toast simply fry it in butter and top how you’d like!
