Jalapeño Artichoke Dip

 

Ingredients

  • 1 (14.75 oz) jar Cara-Mia Artichokes, drained

  • 1 (8oz) package cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup mayo

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped

 

Directions

  1. Add the artichokes to the bowl of a food processor. Process until chopped.

  2. Add the chopped jalapeno and clove of garlic, and pulse until finely chopped.

  3. Add remaining ingredients, and process until well combined.

  4. Let sit at least an hour before serving. Serve warm or cold with pita chips, tortilla chips, crackers or veggies
