Honey Garlic Shrimp

Octoberdragonfly's Honey Garlic Shrimp is a flavorful quick dinner with shrimp, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger
 

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste

  • 1 pound uncooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

 

Directions

  1. Combine honey, soy sauce, garlic ginger, and sesame oil with a whisk

  2. In a separate bowl, add the shrimp, pour half of the marinade over the shrimp, coat evenly, and let sit for 15 minutes

  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and discard marinade

  4. Cook shrimp until pink on one side and then flip, pour remaining marinade over the top and cook until shrimp is done (1-2 min)

  5. Serve shrimp over bed of rice or riced cauliflower (about 4 servings) and garnish with sesame seeds
