Healthy Polish Sausage and Hispi Cabbage Oven Soup

Nothing like a soup on a cold rainy fall day. This packed full of vegetables and that means vitamins with a little sausage. Cooked in chicken broth, black pepper and a little chili flakes for heat; this soup is perfect! It goes great with crusty toasted bread. Hispi cabbage is packed full of dietary fiber, vitamin c and zinc- which helps your immune system fight the common cold. Which we all know is about to hit! Carrots are also packed full of nutrients along with those onions! So enjoy your soup and stay healthy!

🥬 Healthy Polish Sausage & Hispi Cabbage Oven Soup 🥬

📖 Ingredients:

⭐️ 1 Polish Sausage, Sliced Thin

⭐️ 1 Yellow Onion, Peeled & Sliced

⭐️ 3 Small Carrots, Peeled & Chopped

⭐️ 1/2 Hispi Cabbage, Chopped

⭐️ 2 TBSPS Chicken Bouillon Paste, Like Knorrs or Better Than Bouillon

⭐️ 6 C. Water

⭐️ 1/2 TSP Chili Flakes

⭐️ Black Pepper to Taste

📖 Recipe:

1. Preheat your oven to 380F.

2. Prepare your vegetables and meat. Add them to your oven sage Dutch oven.

3. Add in your seasonings, water and chicken bouillon.

4. Cover and cook for 45 minutes in the oven.

5. Once done, serve with toasted sliced bread and enjoy!
