Ingredients
1 or 2 logs of goat cheese
4 garlic gloves
Wild cherry tomatos
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
Basil
Olive oil
Crushed red pepper flakes
Large glass cooking dish
1 package of gluten free spaghetti noodles or you can use regular
Preparation
Add all ingredients to the dish but not the cheese yet .
Than put cheese in middle or or top the logs sprinkle more olive oil than crushed red pepper flakes on top
Mix everything up add
Than boil spaghetti in large pot and drain but keep in pot
Preheat oven to 400
Bake for 30 mins
You know it’s done when the tomato’s are bursting and the cheese is deflated with a colorful top
Pour the dish into the pot and mix up with tongs !
