Festive Rosemary-Orange Mimosa

Ingredients

  • Fresh orange slices (cut into wedges)

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs

  • Orange juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought)

  • Prosecco or sparkling wine of choice

Directions

  1. Take an ice mold or silicone sphere mold and place a wedge of orange inside, adjusting it to fit snugly.

Nestle a small sprig of rosemary alongside the orange wedge.

Carefully pour orange juice into the mold, filling it completely.

Freeze the molds for several hours or overnight until solid.

  2. Remove the frozen orange juice spheres from the molds and place one into a champagne flute or glass.

  3. Slowly pour chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine over the frozen sphere until the glass is nearly full.

Watch as the ice sphere slowly melts, infusing the mimosa with extra flavor.

  4. Garnish with an additional sprig of rosemary or a twist of orange peel for extra flair, if desired.
