Easy Homemade Egg Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1-2 tablespoons of water (if needed)

  • A pinch of salt

 

Directions

  1. Add the flour and salt to your mixer bowl, then create a well in the center and add the eggs.

  2. Use the dough hook attachment and mix on low until it comes together. If it’s too dry, add a bit of water.

  3. Once the dough forms, let it knead for a few minutes until smooth.

  4. Roll out the dough, cut it into noodles, using a pizza cutter. Cook them in boiling water or sauce for 5 -7 minutes until tender.
