Easy Homemade Egg Noodles

2 cups all-purpose flour
3 large eggs
1-2 tablespoons of water (if needed)
A pinch of salt
Directions
Add the flour and salt to your mixer bowl, then create a well in the center and add the eggs.
Use the dough hook attachment and mix on low until it comes together. If it’s too dry, add a bit of water.
Once the dough forms, let it knead for a few minutes until smooth.
Roll out the dough, cut it into noodles, using a pizza cutter. Cook them in boiling water or sauce for 5 -7 minutes until tender.
