Crown Royal & Brown Sugar Flank
Ingredients
1 flank steak, about 1.5 pounds
1/2 cup Crown Royal
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chimichurri seasoning
Directions
Mix crown, soy, sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, chimichurri seasoning, and dry mustard really well until combined.
Put the flank and the marinade in a zip lock back and zip shut. Refrigerate 2 hours up to over night
Pre-heat grill well and and let the steak come to room temperature.
Cook flank 5 to 6 minutes on each side for medium rare. Be sure to slice it against the grain
