Crispy Spam Hashbrowns
Ingredients
1.5 cups turkey Spam®, shredded (½ can)
1 bag frozen shredded cauliflower , thawed
1 large egg
2 cups shredded goat cheese
Directions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine shredded Spam, thawed hash browns, egg, and cheese. Mix until evenly combined.
Divide the mixture into 6 portions. Shape each portion into a 6 inch long oval.
Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Working in batches, place the hash browns in the basket, making sure they don't overlap.
Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until they’re crispy and golden brown on both sides.
Let cool slightly before serving.
