Crispy Spam Hashbrowns

Hashbrowns, but made with Spam! These call for turkey spam, shredded cauliflower, egg, and goat cheese
 

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups turkey Spam®, shredded (½ can)

  • 1 bag frozen shredded cauliflower , thawed

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 cups shredded goat cheese

 

Directions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded Spam, thawed hash browns, egg, and cheese. Mix until evenly combined.

  3. Divide the mixture into 6 portions. Shape each portion into a 6 inch long oval.

  4. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Working in batches, place the hash browns in the basket, making sure they don't overlap.

  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until they’re crispy and golden brown on both sides.

  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
