Japanese Chicken Curry
Ingredients
12 chicken thighs, 2 per person
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 onions, quartered
2 carrots, sliced thick
2 apples grated
celery stalks, chopped
1 tomato, quartered
3 hands ginger
1 head garlic
10 new potatoes, peeled and halved
4 quarts water
1 box Japanese Golden Curry
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons Japanese bbq sauce
Directions
Cut chicken into 1-2 inch pieces.
Add all chicken and oil into a stock pot large enough to hold all ingredients over medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add all veggie sand water
Add honey, Japanese BBQ sauce, or any additional spice you prefer.
Cook for 2-3 hrs is the best, but if you don’t have time, just 30min.
In the last 10 minutes, add the Japanese Golden Curry
Serve over rice.
